I came across a fascinating quote very much in line with a deep conversation I had over the weekend about the courage, going for your dreams and authentic leadership. We all fear something, and most of the time, it’s a fear of the unknown, or what other people will think about your ideas or even fear of failure/success. I know so many women who would like to pursue their dreams, but they are afraid of people’s opinions. But courage is one of the practices of personal leadership!
So here is how Oprah Winfrey summarized it beautifully!
