I’m the founder of The Phoenix Leap – a licensed career coach, leadership mentor, trainer, and speaker with 20+ years of international experience across Poland and the Netherlands.

I’ve worked inside corporate environments, intergovernmental institutions, and the professional coaching and training industry – in recruitment, operations, people development, and leadership roles.
I know how business operates from the inside, and I know how entrepreneurship works from lived experience.

I’ve also rebuilt my own career from scratch more than once – in a new country, left corporate to start my own business, and recovered from burnout to step back into my fire and serve the women I work with today.

I am licensed in Career Coaching & Counselling from Career Counselling Services, London, hold a Women in Leadership Executive Education certificate from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and am a professional member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council – EMCC Global.
